Digital control in complex machine environments

In a highly automated production facility, we have been responsible for an upgrade of the control system and operator interface, where availability and operational reliability were crucial.

By mapping the logic of the machines, digitizing the operator interface and introducing clear visualization, we created a solution that both streamlines and simplifies daily work without compromising safety.

The project demonstrates our ability to handle complex machine environments where technology, user-friendliness and production must work in perfect harmony.

Automation lift in critical infrastructure

In a facility with extensive piping and flow control, we carried out a complete modernization of the control without disrupting daily operations.

We took full responsibility for design, programming and commissioning, in close collaboration with the customer's engineers. Through careful planning, pre-testing and sequential commissioning, the solution could be phased in without operational disruption.
