Plant and pipe design at all stages
We handle the entire design process – from preliminary study to finished installation drawings. Our solutions include pipe layout, strength calculations, dimensioning and support systems, always taking into account material selection, thermal expansion and operating costs.
Smart layout – the foundation for robust operation
We create layouts that are based on the process design and provide a stable foundation for piping, platforms, ducts, equipment and load-bearing structures. When necessary, we use calculation support for steel and concrete.
Standards and safety in focus
We work according to EN and ASME standards. When designing for explosive environments, we follow the ATEX directive and ensure that each solution is both safe and future-proof.
3D laser scanning and digital documentation
Using laser scanning, we document existing environments in 3D and integrate the data directly into the design models – providing seamless and efficient planning.
Tools for the good of the mission
We adapt our tools to the requirements of the project. Our teams work in:
Autodesk Plant, Vertex G4, PDMS/E3D, CADMATIC, AutoCAD, FINNSAP, Inventor, SolidWorks, Tekla and Comos – both in 2D and 3D, directly in your systems.
