3D scanning and additive manufacturing
With 3D laser scanning, we capture precise digital representations of physical objects and environments – quickly, flexibly and with high accuracy. It is a powerful method for creating models, checking quality or facilitating new designs where manufacturing data is lacking.
We also offer additive manufacturing (3D printing) for rapid prototyping, complex geometries or spare parts that would otherwise be difficult or expensive to produce.
Whatever your needs, we have the technology, experience and working methods required.

Why invest in additive manufacturing?
Additive manufacturing (3D printing) opens up new possibilities in the development process. You can quickly produce prototypes, test and adjust designs without having to invest in expensive tools. It becomes easier to create parts with complex geometry, while both lead time and material consumption are reduced.
We help you choose the right material and manufacturing method based on your specific needs – regardless of whether the focus is on mechanical performance, functionality, appearance or something completely different.
What can we help you with?
We offer a complete solution – from scanning and modeling to finished manufacturing data. Our experts can also support product development projects where 3D technology creates new opportunities.
From scanning to finished solution
3D scanning is a flexible method with many applications. We use the technology to digitize components that lack drawing support - an effective way to create an accurate 3D model for further manufacturing or documentation. It is also an excellent tool for control measurement, for example when injection-molded or cast parts need to be verified against an original model. In addition, we can create production support, spare part drawings or documentation for service and aftermarket.
Most of all assignments start with either a full or half day of scanning work. We have developed a standardized price list as a start for an initial collaboration. After that, assignments can take different paths through our organization.
Starting offer; half day 7,600 SEK, full day 11,200 SEK.

Our team
Our 3D laser scanning and additive manufacturing specialists have extensive experience in both advanced measurement technology and practical design and product development. We combine technical expertise with an understanding of the customer’s reality. This means that we don’t just deliver data – we help you interpret it, make the right decisions and implement the next steps. Whether it’s a single measurement or a complete development assignment, you can count on our curiosity, accuracy and desire to make a difference.
Our equipment
We use several different scanners such as the Creaform HandySCAN BLACK™ Elite, Artec Space Spider and Artec EVA. Inspections are done with VXinspect, VXmodel and Artec studio 18. ISO 17025 certified. Resolution 0.1 mm and accuracy 0.02 mm. Suitable size of measurement object 5 mm – 4 m.
Creaform HandySCAN Black™Elite uses blue laser technology and powerful algorithms for precise 3D measurements of physical objects with complex surfaces, almost anywhere and even in difficult environments.
Artec Space Spider and Artec EVA are high-quality 3D scanners that offer target-free scanning, the ability to handle complex geometry with thin ribs and with the ability to capture color information.
Designs that were previously impossible are suddenly possible to realize – quickly, sustainably and smartly.
