Registration for Prevas’ Annual General Meeting on 19 May 2026.

Shareholders who wish to participate in the Annual General Meeting must register no later than Tuesday, 12 May 2026, and must be recorded as shareholders in the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB on Friday, 8 May 2026.

The registration shall include the shareholder’s full name, personal or corporate identity number, address, telephone number, and shareholding, as well as, where applicable, details of representatives, proxies, and assistants (maximum two). Where applicable, for example for legal entities, complete authorization documents such as a certificate of registration or equivalent should be enclosed with the registration.
