The auditor's mission

Auditors are appointed by the general meeting to ensure transparency and trust towards shareholders. The auditor reviews the annual report, the accounting records and the management of the board and the CEO. The results of their work are presented in the audit report which is submitted to the general meeting, where shareholders also have the opportunity to ask questions directly to the auditor.
