How Prevas is governed as a public company
Prevas is a Swedish public limited company with headquarters in Västerås.
In 2024, we operated in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. Our shares are listed on NASDAQ Stockholm.
The company’s governance is based on several fundamental principles – including the Articles of Association, the Swedish Companies Act and the Stockholm Stock Exchange’s rules and regulations. We also follow the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance, which is part of the exchange’s requirements. Prevas has applied the code since 2008.
